Our Commitment

Our primary mission is to educate homeowners across the USA about their rights and options. We strive to provide essential tools and resources to navigate the complexities of mortgages for every homeowner, rather you are a first-time buyer, you have owned your home for multiple years, your currently facing foreclosure, or you already lost your home to foreclosure.

Clarence E. Owens (“Clay”) is a licensed real estate and insurance professional, legal researcher, and dedicated advocate for American homeowners. He earned his B.A. in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University (Feb. 2023 – Dec. 2023) and previously studied Economics and Real Estate at Howard University (Aug. 1998 – May 2001). Since 2006, Mr. Owens has served as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and since 2007, he has also been a Licensed Insurance Producer for Health, Life, Property, and Casualty. Over the past decade, he has devoted 25,000+ hours (and counting) to research and paralegal work in mortgage and real estate law, title abstracting, debt securitization, consumer rights, and the Rules of Civil Procedure across both federal and state jurisdictions. His commitment to justice for homeowners is further reflected in his role as a whistleblower in the historic $13 billion settlement between Federal and State authorities and JPMorgan Chase (November 2013), which arose from a qui tam action he filed on March 6, 2013, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (Case No. 13-01373). Beyond his professional and advocacy work, Mr. Owens is a widower and proud father of two sons, whom he shared with his late love, Alesha Lisa Rose Forrester. He credits Alesha’s unwavering support, encouragement, and love as the foundation that enabled him to cultivate the skills necessary to help homeowners across the nation since 2012—work he continues to this day with dedication and gratitude.
